I did not stay. I booked for friends. The following is their feedback: The hotel is very close to tram stop, so it easy to go to any part of the city. At the reception people are polite, always smile and ready to help. The room was big, light, with two big windows. The bathroom is also big. What I really liked - there was a good place to work with computer, I could put the laptop, copybooks and everything I need, there was enough place, and, what was really important, Wi-fi was good!

On arrival, the receptionist (Charlie) was incredibly helpful, and changed our room to one on the ground floor with a wet room - very useful for a wheelchair user. Since we had thunderstorms the 2 evenings we were there, our kitchen was used to make meals, and avoid us getting wet! Tram no 1 to the centre of Dijon is very convenient.

The friendly reception checked us in and provided the room key. She also explained how to get to the city center by tram which is really easy and convenient (2 minuets walk from the hotel). The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Make sure to follow the instructions provided by the hotel to reach the parking place because it's otherwise not so easy to get close to the hotel by car (which is a good thing!).

Extremely clean and spacious room with a complete set of kitchen equipment, nice and cozy bed. Very friendly staff! Located conveniently for anything near the university campus and easily accessible from tram station "Erasme". Was very quiet during my stay mid July.

The room was clean and spacious, and contained all the little things you need. The beds were nice to sleep in, with great pillows. Breakfast was great, with warm bread and much choice. The employee was very helpful. Whilst the apartments are somewhat far from the center, the location is great. On the university campus, where it’s nice and quite.

Perfect parking lot for our needs with a comfortable place to stay right on campus. We just needed a place for the night to stay on our way down to Pernes-les-Fontaines and this was perfect. The parking lot is plenty and even arriving late there were enough spots left. Fair warning though for anyone else driving a trailer, it's a one way in and out lot, meaning you'll have to go out the same way you came in.

Great location, huge room, comfy bed, easy to catch the tram into the centre of Dijon and very peaceful surroundings as it is well away from busy roads.

Spacious and modern room with a nice kitchen, bathroom and desk area. The beds (two singles, close together) were very comfortable and the house was quiet. You could hear and see the Tram (not really disturbing noisewise) and the station was close-by which was convenient. Overall a great stay, especially considering the price. If you‘re only passing by Dijon and not planning to visit the city: think again - it‘s incredibly beautiful.

the bathroom and the bedroom are very clean and modern. big window with electric shutters (bright and safe) the building itself is nice and clean it was very close to the city centre - only a couple of minutes drive (2.5km maybe) - very nice and quick to have dinner out
